Dear Sir/Mam, Please note that i am very unhappy with your casual attitude toward my above mentioned complain. nobody bothers to contact me from your side about my complain. let me tell you if no action will be taken then i will go to the consumer court. Complain date:- 01.01.2015, that means already 6 days but no call/response received from your end. Brief description about complaint. I bought honda Amaze diesel form prime honda (Registration No. DL 14 CC 3380, Chassis No. MAKDF25GHFN109727, Engine No. N15A13016111) , Patparganj delhi on 09.11.2015 at around 1.30 PM, after that i took the car to my local resistance which is approx 300 meters from prime honda show room, there i parked my car and checked all locks properly to bring my luggage after 15 mins when i show , car was stolen immediately i file an FIR (soft copy attached) in nearest police station. since then there was no information about my car i am continuously searching same. Question 1:- How car can be stolen within 15 to 25 mins (approx) even if car have immobilizer in built? Question 2:- At car side window class one message was written "Immobilizer ANTI THEFT SYSTEM" even than car was stolen. how? I want compensation from Honda. How car can be stolen after properly locking the same. I am continuously calling everyday to your customer care executive regarding same questions, they always want 24 hours to attend my query but they never bother about same. no answer call received from your end. kindly explain why?
