all the doors got rusted This refers to my below mail sent to you on 4th September 2012 regarding the rusting of my Honda City Ivtec Car No. GJ 15 DD 6544. It is a pity that even after putting a mail and verbal complaint (more than two times) to Honda Customer Care, no one from the Honda has ever bothered to look into the matter or show any concern towards the mails sent. Since I did not get any response from your end, we had to make a call to your customer service again on 10th September, 2012 and spoke to Mr. Ashish. I was surprised and shocked when I spoke to Mr. Ashish when he told me that the matter has been brought out by Digant Patel from Dream Honda, Vapi that the problem is due to corrosiveness of vapi. Here I would like to apologise for my earlier comment that I got a better response from Digant Patel. What he has done is the job of an asshole, who only work without any brain and finding his own solution that it is due to corrosiveness of Vapi. But which is not the case and I am once again bringing out my points:- 1. I am staying in a Society where there are almost 200 cars. If you say that it is due to Chemical Factory, that means all cars should get rusted if not equally at least to some extent. But in my knowledge there is no customer who complaints about this problem in my society. 2. You must have supplied more than 500 cars to Vapi, you yourself evaluate how many complaint of same nature you have received. If it is Vapi’s problem, all the cars supplied to Vapi must have got rusted. 3. Only the FOUR DOORS and the DICKY DOOR is rusting. Otherwise all other parts in the Car are intact till now. If it is due to corrosiveness of Vapi other parts of the same cars must have got rusted. 4. If it is due to Chemical problem, first it will affect outside of the doors. It is getting rusted from inside and coming out. All the above four points prove that the TIN OF THE DOORS AND THE DICKY DOOR USED FOR THIS CAR IS OF A SUBSTANDARD MATERIAL. HENCE THE SAME HAS GOT RUSTED WITHIN A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF 3 YEARS. It is a standard tendency of such metal, that it will get rusted if it is in constant touch with a rusted part. But in this case the door is in constant touch with other body parts. But those body parts are not getting rusted, because it is of Honda standard material. So the problem is with material used for doors. Hence, I request you to please send a metalolagist to find out the real problem and avoid such type of silly problems to such luxurious cars, which will help Honda to achieve customer delight rather sending such type of Stupid who is only interested in closing the complaint at his benefit. My point is that, I have purchased a Honda car, which should give me the desired satisfaction for minimum 5 years. If I have to drive a rusted luxurious car, there is no point in spending such huge amount for Honda, any ordinary car will give more pleasure than this one. So please change the rusted car and provide me a new car of same model OR give me a higher version of Honda city car by charging the difference amount between the two cars. Hope you will understand and settle the issue at the earliest. Looking forward to your prompt response.
