rear alignment out of acceptable range from the factory
Had the alignment reset by a technician (not a Honda dealership) and found that the rear alignment was out and was set at the factory to be within specification. However, when the shop put the car on the rack, they found the rear alignment out of specification and could not reset it. The offered to install a $400 part which would allow them to band-aid the alignment.
I want to the dealership and wanted $100 to just look at it as they could only make an assessment on their rack and would not say if the rear alignment could even be fixed. UGH .. My Honda Civic is a POS. I will not buy a Honda product again in the near future.
