My 2018 Civic A/C system stopped cooling. It lost refrigerant and the dealer diagnosed it as damaged O rings around the orifice. The repair was done but after I was still hearing a squealing noise while driving. After some troubleshooting, I identified that the aluminum tubing holder attached to the chassis is loose and doesn't constrain the tubing allowing it to chatter. I added several layers of duct tape to hold it in place and the noise disappeared.
