I have been disappointed in the 2007 Honda Civic EX 2DR manual. I have had one side mount replaced with after market part which is cheaper but will need replacing again in future. The other engine mount issue is presumed to be the rear motor mount and will require the engine to be pulled out and replaced. I did go to a mechanic other than Honda and he recommended all the motor mounts to be replaced with OEM parts which will cost up in the thousand range plus labor added to that. With this car, I have numerous problems other than the motor mounts which is the newest issues. The other issues are cruise control replaced, visor replaced, Heat/Air issues replaced, tire wear issues with arm, and now motor mounts.
