Suddenly the lock on the driver's side stopped working. It's not keyless. The key doesn't turn the lock. I went into the dealership (Walnut Creek, CA Honda) to check if it's covered under my extended warranty. I was told "We can't tell until we check it out. It will cost you $130 diagnostic fee."
Thanks so much, Honda. I can't afford $130 "diagnostic fee" at the moment. Despite severe back issues I'll continue to open the passenger side door and use my metal reacher to open the lock from the inside.
