This accident it was a 4 car pile up mine being the second car . 7,000 dollars worth of damage to the rear and front. I have now have neck and spinal injuries that are Permanent. I have front airbag and side airbags neither deployed. This is twice my airbags didn’t go off . This is clearly a problem two accidents both extremely bad both times no airbags. Both times I was injured very bad.

A deer ran out infront of me I swerved to miss and my car ran off a inbank under a bridge . 10,000 dollars worth of damage. I had a server broken nose . None of my air bags deployed.

I purchased Honda HRV LX on 1 Aug 2016 after reviewing the safety features , mileage which Honda provides . Due to an unfortunate event i met with an accident , my car banged into fence and it was a head on collision . Fortunately no one was hurt and i did not incur any kind of injury . My car and the property were damaged and it was covered under insurance . But what came as a surprise was , it was a head collision and no airbags were suspended .

I purchased HONDA as it is renowned to have best safety features which no other car company provide . But with the experience i had i differ to say that i made a mistake buying the car as safety bags did not open and i or my family could have been seriously injured . I got my car fixed and the radiator and AC vent were replaced , which was covered by insurance . Had there been a loss of life due to non functionality of the safety feature you guys claim to have , no insurance coverage could have got them back .

I want the explanation on this why did the bags did not open . I have purchased the vehicle and have paid for the safety features even , whats the use if those features not work at all ?
