Electronic parking brake system costs more to the cost of the car and takes away from the passenger safety in an emergency situation where the brakes fail. Once this electronic part fails it will cost a lot more than a new brake cable on a manual system. (That is good for Honda, not the owner!) Keep the cost down and have a safer vehicle! Makes sense to me!
