A D V E R T I S E M E N T S

I bought my car at Scott Robinson Honda in Torrance California two year ago. The first notice issue I had was on January 2023 when the car did not start when was about to leave gas station. The second problem was the Bluetooth sometime had connecting issue while the car is in parking. The third most important one is the third party alarm "KARR" which I told the sales person to remove before the deal was finalize but the sale decline to. The issue with KARR alarm was that it had my car immobilize from starting. One time we where at the parking lot about to go home and my girlfriend can even unlock the car with the key fob.

I spend hours trying to search for a fix online about starting the car and none method had work. I even call the security guy if he knows anyone that can help me with the issue and it was unsuccessful. The last option was to call 24 hour Honda roadside assistance for towing help and they could not find me any service at the time. So I was stuck cold sleeping in my car until morning for towing service.

Honda roadside assistance only cover $100 for towing, the difference I had to pay out of pocket. After that incident I had to schedule appointment with the Honda service technician in Fresno for help with my issue to why my car wont open the door with key fob normal and start normally. The technician then say they don't sell third party alarm at Honda Clawson of Fresno. He also mention that the third party alarm KARR was the culprit to starting the car. He then when on and advise me to remove it and it expensive to do so. Every morning until now my girlfriend says it an annoying issue to not start the car normally like before. She had put her feet on the brake and start every now and so to just start the car. I also call the dealer and talk to them about it and had never heard back from them since. I also left a note with their online sales agent about my issue and had not heard back since.

The last thing I did yesterday was send the email to the sale person. All I want from this issue was to not proceed with legal matter. I just want the dealer to remove the KARR alarm without my expense and Reimburse the cost of the KARR alarm and fees to me. I am the fourth in my family to own their first Honda car and now it could be my final. I absolutely detest it when you purchase a vehicle from a dealer and discover that something is wrong with it. I feel that contacting them is a joke, leaving you stranded with no response or assistance. I mean my vehicle is still in guarantee and low mileage of 31k. Of all this I hope I can find an assistance here and hopefully go without preceding legal matter. Thank in advance to anyone who can help me with my issues, Thank you and have a bless days ahead.
