TSB Document:

Affected Component: STEERING

Summary
Service Bulletin - On certain vehicles, after applying a small amount of input to the steering wheel and letting go, the steering wheel may start to shimmy on its own. This occurs because the rotational resistance of steering column assemblies varies on some vehicles. This only occurs when the engine is on and the vehicle is at a complete stop.
