When my vehicle hits 45mph it starts to shake horribly. As speed progresses shaking gets worse, only when I remove my foot away from the gas pedal does the shaking seem to subside. Have smelt odor from vehicle from time to time, changed spark plus after changing black smoke came from exhaust. When I floor the gas pedal, slow to accelerate in speed. The shaking of vehicle is worse now.
