Love this car but after one month I heard cracking noises, like there is an electrical short. I drove over a small bump on the road the error message came on the screen saying tuner signal lost and the system turned off. This happens everyday, several times a day, and sometimes the system won't even turn on when you start the car. I reached out to Honda, took it in to have it looked at, and I was told it would have to be brought in during the week and left for two days so the tech could pull out the dashboard. I was not offered a replacement car or help with rental.

I saw other complaints online with this same issue and those customers had the infotainment system replaced only to have it happen again, and one customer says Honda now says their warranty is no longer good on their car. This is my third Honda and will be my last. Very disappointed in Honda for not telling consumers about this issue before they purchase the vehicle.
