I have a 94 Honda Prelude with a h22a 2.0L DOHC V-tec. While driving on a highway my car just shut off. All the dash lights went out, however my headlights and radio stayed on. After about 5 mins of sitting, the dash lights will come back on (when I turn the key) and then my engine will start back up just fine. I've tested the battery and it's putting out 12v, plus a bad battery shouldn't kill a car. The alternator put out around 14v, however while driving, the battery light never came on. This started happening after driving 30 min to 1 hour, now it seems to happen more frequently. I was told that it could be the ignition switch.... any help?

P.S. fuel pump is new and filter is clean, plus it doesn't seem like a fuel problem. Thx for any help
