The contact owns a 2024 Honda Prologue. The contact stated that two key fobs were programmed for his spouse and his seat. While reversing with the key fob programmed for his wife, the seat moved to her preset position, and the contact was concerned about losing control of the vehicle during an unintended seat adjustment. There were no warning lights illuminated. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 6,000.
I have the same CV joint issue as most prologues. Loud, rapid clicking when turning right or left and Honda has no fix or remedy. I-??m kind of just waiting for the front axle to fall apart while driving. The other issue is electrical, issues with hvac system and the memory seat has no fix either. Suspension is biggest issue that is unfixable and seems to be a high risk safety issue in my opinion.
