Reported brake problem at 14,000 mi, dealer machined rotors. NC.
Problem recurred at 18,400 mi dealer again machined rotors. NC
Problem recurred at 32,943 mi. Dealer replaced rotors and pads, I paid, $560
Problem recurred at 35,058 mi. Dealer stated the front rotors were scored and the rear rotors were rusted.
Hyundai corporate refused to make any adjustments or even look at the car. Beside the 2011 Genesis I am complaining about I also own a 2015 Genesis.
Unless, I receive at least a factory inspection and resolution, I will NEVER buy a Hyundai again.
