When driving the car and trying to turn right, the steering wheel will hesitate before allowing me to turn right. This does not occur when trying to turn left. It has happened multiple times, especially when the car is cold and/or in cold weather. The dealer has not been able to pinpoint the problem. I also went to another mechanic and he could not figure out the problem. This has the potential to cause a bad accident.
