Since I have bought my sonata just over a year ago, it only had 12,000 miles and was sharp, well maintained, but I had to put new tires on within a month of purchase. then I had to replace my new tires approximately six months after purchase including alignment, and while that was happening it was recommended that the front pads be replaced (rotor was fine) but now the rotors are warped. I get a ton of brake dust on my rims a week few days after washing it.
