On the same date as the other complaints, the radio stayed on when I turned the car off and took the key out of the ignition. I noticed that when I opened the door the radio continued to play. The length of time that it stays on various times, the first time it stayed on nearly 15 minutes.

Noticed while driving that the radio was stuck on the "confirm you won't play with this while driving" warning screen. Additionally, tried turning off the car but radio stayed on. Seems to be a recurring issue between models. Super easy fix, though: popped open the fuse box in the cabin, removed the "media" fuse, and plugged it in. Turning the car back on completed the reset and problem was settled.
