- the contact stated that on two occasions while driving the 2005 Hyundai tibron with 16,837 failure mileage at 35 mph and coming to an intersection, he put the foot on the brake, and the brake pedal did not move, and the vehicle did not stop. The vehicle had to be stopped with the emergency brake. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, who could not duplicate the problem. The contact was asked to return if the problem occurred again. The current mileage was 16,852.
