Tucson GLS 2.7L V6

The brake light on the passenger side consistently stays illuminated more than the driver's side, as if I was pressing the brakes. I have gone through so many bulbs. There is a recall about it, but no dealership is willing to fix the problem for me. I fear that one day a driver behind me won't be as alerted when I brake and cause an accident.

Tucson SUV 2000lt

Am yet to check the cost of the problem. Brake lights are always on and it affects the performance of the car. Engine light also comes on with the brake light. Battery gets drained and all other warning lights comes on

Update from Feb 16, 2016: its the alternator that is fault.there is a broken circuit in the rotor and that has damaged the regulator.they have advised me to get a new alternator or rotor and regulator
