I once again was on the driving down the highway, and when I tried to accelerate once again my car stalled and it was scary I was worried someone behind me would hit me, I first thought maybe my passenger had hit my gearshift and put the car in neutral and no it was still in drive. Once again took my car back to where I bought it, and once again I was told the service guys drove my car around and could not re-create the issue. Now I'm really angry , as well as I felt they thought I was crazy, by the way they treated me.

I bought my car with 10,318 miles on it however, it was sold as new. I LOVE IT. Less than 2000 miles I was driving down the HIGHWAY and I was going to pass a slower vehicle and when I tried to accelerate, my car did not accelerate it sounded and felt like when you put a car in neutral and rev the engine. I took it back to where I bought it and tried to explain what happened as well as I needed an oil change. When I picked my car up, they said the service rep drove my car around and couldn't re-create what I said happened.

I was in traffic and attempted to switch lanes to pass a slow moving car depressed the pedal for acceleration there was a lag. It was dangerous.I entered the passing lane and almost came to a stop. I went to the Dealership(Larry H. Miller Hyundi of Albuquerque) and explained the problem. They took for a drive and could not find a problem. Over the last 3 years, it has happened many times. I have taken it back to the dealer and same thing-cannot replicate the issue. The dealer said there has been no complaints with the same problem. I am very angry with the dealer Larry H. Miller and Hyundai as they are unwilling to deal with the issue. This is a very dangerous since cars which are going the speed limit when my cars acceleration stops and they must hit their brakes to avoid hitting me
