While on the road, the sunroof just shattered completely. In this instance, nobody was hurt as the cover below the sunroof was open and that caught all the glass pieces. The car is hardly 2 year old and warranty covered the repairs. The complaint is that Hyundai never gave a clear answer as to why this happened and what can be done to prevent it. There is no consideration of the passengers getting hurt and startled by this incident. Also no consideration for the time it took for the repairs, the dealership never gave a loaner and we didn-??t know we could rent it and Hyundai would reimburse. I feel Hyundai cannot just say sorry and move on as there has to be a reason for this and we pay extra for having a sunroof. I am not satisfied with Hyundai-??s method of dealing with customers who suffered bear of their own manufacturing.
