Got the new car home and wanted to set up the seat. When I went to set the buttons for program, the buttons didn't work. Since the car was in for the EV problem, my wife mentioned it at the dealer repair center and they said it was never hooked up.
They hooked it up and now all is good with that.
Update from Jul 10, 2025: The seat memory was never hooked up.
