- the contact owns a 2003 Jaguar X-type with a current and failure mileage of 23,886 miles. The contact stated that she never used the rear seat belt until the second week of April 2007. The seat belt would not extend after pulling it several times. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer, who stated that the seat belt was stuck, but was not covered under warranty. Updated 06/14/07.
