Contacted Jaguar corp and asked for customer courtesy on the repair, since the repair cost was estimated above $600 for a new lock latch. Never received an answer, called back three(3) times with no reply.
Update from Jul 27, 2020: Driver Side Door Latch/Lock is not working with key FOB. Mechanism is defective and dealer cost to repair is over $600. See JAGUAR TSB #SSM72202.
