Literally only had the car since August 2019, not even a year old yet. I complained about the tapping noise to Jeep a few months after getting the car they did not care than I went to start the car on May 9th 2020 and it started but when I was pulling out the parking lot on to a very busy street it cut off and the engine light came on along with the parking break. I had to keep fighting to get it to start and try to park it back in a space to prevent myself from being hit by another car.
Mind you this is a brand new vehicle.
The tow truck drive towed it to the dealership and couldn’t even get it to start when putting it on the truck. Let’s talk about how the dealership was giving me a hard time about loaning me a car because my truck was still at my house waiting to be towed to them. So I had to tell the service guy this shouldn’t be happening anyways so I’m going to need the loaner like now! I’m trying to figure out how to do a class action law suit.
