The slipping and not shifting into next gear became more frequent over the weeks. Today (2/10/17) was about 3 miles from home going about 40-45mph when the Traction Control light flashed a few times and at the same time it felt like the transmission was slowing me down. I pulled over, checked under hood, under vehicle, ran through the gears with my foot on the brake (shifted fine), took off again but it didn't want to go as if it was in a high gear, and it immediately did the same thing so I pulled over again. Called AAA for a tow home. I'm wondering if the transmission speed sensor(s) could be the issue; hoping it's not internal.
