After having electrical failure in the Jeep on the way home, it was very scary so had it to my local Mechanic. Was having problems with a tire leaking for about a month and kept having it filled with air from my Mechanic and husband. Then all of a sudden I get a warning that says "Service Tire Pressure System". Still it monitors the pressure in all my tires just fine but how annoying seeing this on the screen all the time.
Took it in for an oil change and mentioned that and that all electrical power had shut down on the hwy. twice on me. They hooked it up to their computer and it spit out 1000's of codes. The mechanic cleared all the codes and everything seemed to be fine until about 25 min. of driving the error came back on. He said I would have to take it to a Jeep service garage and they said it would cost $180 just to scan it on their computer. I have decided to just live with it. Any suggestions?
