Bought brand new Oct 31,2017. The blower motor slowed down then finally stopped working after 6 months. The dealer said it was fixed. Then the air conditioning completely froze up, blocking all air flow. Jeep said they fixed it. Second dealer: All lies documented by dealer - they think this was normal to freeze up because of outside humidity was high. Then dealer said the Freon was low. Banged Jeep for that too.

They kept my car for days. The dealer drove it for 5 minutes. Dealer said the cabin air filter was dirty on a brand new car. They couldn't recognize the motor was blowing slow again. I made the dealer compare it to another car. They couldn't comprehend the air flow number difference on my airflow meter that I had to buy to show them. Dealer thinks cabin air filter got dirty again in 5 months. Now 2 blowers have been replaced so far.

I told dealer stop/start was related to slow blower speed while engine is running. Now they said both batteries were bad, and replaced both of them. Replaced resistor pack and blower motor. Dealer said again everything operates normal again.

Third Dealer: I stated a/c blows cold every winter while using heat, wont turn off. Dealer didn't do s** for 6 days and returned my car to me stating everything was normal again. Next trip: Blower is weak again, had to bring it there for them to believe me. The blower was almost dead again. Dealer finally got off their ass and found short / loose pin(s) under relay / fuse box under hood. Banged Jeep for whole new assy. Now they said after repairs that the blower was getting extremely hot and replaced blower and resistor pack again. Tried to drive car like that since the blower finally blew normally now, but air conditioning would come on by itself.

Every one of these visits I have listed above I had a loaner car to compare it to. The dumb asses were stupid enough to give me a similar car like mine as well. Now they had my car again for 21 days and ran over a screw into my tire too. Maybe that had something to do with making me wait in the waiting room for extended time while my blood pressure rose? After discussing this finally (they didn't tell him I was there again) with the Service Director who was my only chance of fixing this, I picked up my fixed car from Grapevine Jeep of Texas and found out Alan no longer works there. My heater and a/c still do not work correctly. Last time I spoke with him he told me parts were replaced, but the system was really functioning worse than ever. So I got a call from the same Service advisor who told me my car was fixed before, and he said he wouldn't tell me it was fixed if it wasn't (he must of forgot he told me that twice before). So my only hope was fired (suspect).

They demanded my loaner car back. And didn't fix my fng car again. Talk about a bunch of incompetent as. I run my a/c on auto and it doesn't do s. I get in a cold car, set it to 70 degrees and it blows 95+ degree air. The zone control doesn't work either.

I am beyond fed up with this half assed Jeep. The corporate office blames the dealer and the dealer couldn't fix my car after 21 days. I think after 2 years of getting passed around by Jeep, they should give me another brand new vehicle with a lifetime warranty. Alan was keeping up the dealers reputation, and they let him go, and kept the liar. So beware of Grapevine Jeep, the reputation of superior troubleshooting for complex problems and the skill to repair it is gone. Trust me. Now all this s* shows up on my car fax. Man, am I sorry I bought this 50k dollar jeep! What the f*** can Jeep possibly do now to make this right?

P.S. It is a known issue that the wire harness under the fuse/relay box under the hood is known to melt causing short to ground or a short to each other wire. Hopefully this possible recall won't burn my house down! Jeep couldn't fix my Eagle Talon either years ago. It was also a brand new car. It stalled when you pushed the clutch in a dozen times in a row, then it would be okay for a while. They wouldn't attempt to change not one part to try to fix it, and just let me drive it like that. Just like they are letting me drive my car now, when they know the climate control does not work right. If the passenger wants cooler air the vent doesn't open, and they think this is called working correctly? POS.
