If you want a nice suv with no, or minor issues, then do not buy a Jeep. I learned the hard way twice. Take my advice, Jeep is riding on their old coat tails of their name. After 3 different dealers and 10 visits for repair. My air conditioning and heater still didn't work like it was supposed to. Auto climate control didn't work at all. This was a brand new vehicle.

Jeep promised me money for my forcing to trade it in and then never paid me. The last dealer told me to never come back. Jeep corporation said since I traded it in, now I wouldn't receive any compensation. What a piece of s*** company. Really. Talk about screwing the consumer. I hope they go bankrupt.

climate control never worked

The climate control never worked. My picture shows the heater blowing 134 degree air when it is set to 71 degrees. Evaporator would freeze up as well. Jeep Corporate are really con artists. They told me I would receive $2000.00 as I agreed, good towards any vehicle (any brand) for all my 30+ days worth of having my car at the dealer and then after a few weeks they began calling it a trade in certificate (now its only good only for chrysler. I feel they had this all planned out. It took over 100 days to get this $2000.00 even close to me finding out why it took 5 months to get to this point, and corporate couldn't answer my question.

Did jeep really expect me to just ignore the problem for 5 months? Between the unprofessional pretend people at Grapevine Jeep and all the lying that took place, I for certain will never buy another jeep again ever. They have a loose wire connection problem under the fuse / relay box under the hood and they don't care. I traded in the piece of unfixable sh*t, and bought another car. They can shove their $2000.00 up where the sun doesn't shine. This is the second Jeep that the so called PROFESSIONALS couldn't fix. Never again!!
