Towed to local dealer. April 02, 2020.

The Service Department at dealer said part would be ordered pick up car following week. Customer care at Jeep opens case April 04. Today is Jun 10... and STILL NO PART.

Have talked to: 1. Jeep Customer Care - ladies answering phones nice but can't do anything except console. (Susan / Brittany / Larissa) no answers at all.

2. FCA Customer assistance Center - USELESS multiple calls to ALL with no luck. MANY MANY (more than 7) calls got lost in their phone system and hung up on me.

3. Sent to next level - Case opened 04/15. Tony (844-533-7928 x 4060709) assigned case. TOTALLY useless and waste of air space. He is programmed to say "we are doing what we can" "no part available" "no we can't pull off another vehicle" and "would it be ok if call you weekly with updates?" He says on script nicely. Again no care for the customer, just regurgitating script.

4. Tried to go to next level... no one would give names of who to talk to.. "someone will call you back". 5 days later... nothing from a supervisor. Tony called and said "we are working on it and you are at the top of the list". I asked for his supervisor - I was promised a call that day. 4 days later Tony calls and regurgitates more lies.

5. Was told by one of the CC ladies that the case was sent to customer resolution. Another lie.

6. Tony's supervisor Keith (ID #SP2060) finally called me back on June 9 (68 days later). He informs me we are NOT in dispute resolution. Said they were doing what they could. According to Keith "We do not have to get parts to you in any time frame" according to their fine print. so we could be years without a fuel pump. So not only do they not care, they basically tell you they don't care.

I am looking for another rung on the ladder but Keith said he is it and he hasn't got a boss that I can talk to.

JEEP IS DOING NOTHING FOR US!! It's been over two months without a vehicle. THEY DO NOT CARE... and they don't mind telling you so. Keith promised to email me the response as to why we are not in dispute resolution... but alas... it's just one more lie from them... nothing received.

I'm looking for: 1. a diesel fuel pump and 2. contact information for anyone over Keith. Pretty sure he doesn't sign the paychecks at FCA even though he says he doesn't have a boss...

I am far from done... would just like input as to how to get my voice heard!! Thank you!!
