TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: SNOW ACCUMULATION OR FREEZING COUNTERMEASURE FOR EV CHARGING DOOR - This bulletin provides information on the installation of charge door spacing pads on some 2019MY Niro (DE EV) vehicles which may exhibit snow accumulation or freezing when driving in snow conditions. Snow accumulation or freezing on the charging door is reduced by installing two (2) 4mm Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) spacer pads to inside of the charge door in order to enable snow to be released.
