Granted this was a simple defective parts problem covered under warranty, I had to wait 2 weeks to have it so called "properly" diagnosed (the one and only technician was in training) and 3 weeks of waiting for the replacement parts to arrive before corrective repair.
My frustration was this occurred less than two weeks after the purchase; and during that 5+ weeks, I completely lost all audio/electrical and system controls except the volume control in listening to one and only radio station. Fortunately, the car is still drivable.
