Car started making repetitive noise at low rpms. Initially worse with fan on. Replaced AC compressor and related bits (at 85,000 kms), then had same problems with noise gradually getting worse. Took it back and had the "tensioners" tightened. Gradually came back again with increasing grumbling/rolling sound. Today they said the alternator now needs to be replaced. $850 on top of the $2,500 we already spent a few months ago. Not a happy Kia customer!
