I can't believe Kia's response is that they cannot fix it unless they can't duplicate the issue, despite code c1622 appearing in history.
Kia's only response was to clear code.
Steering is a serious problem, while driving is a serious issue, and their response was to clear code history.
This situation was experience by my daughter on 2/14 and mechanic 2/17.
