The contact owns a 2007 Lexus Gs 350. The contact was making a right turn, the engine stalled and then started when the vehicle lunged forward. The contact was making a turn and the traction control kicked in and the engine stalled in the middle of the road again. When taking his foot off of the accelerator pedal and then depressed it again, the vehicle responded normally. The contact informed the manufacturer and it took them two months to send a factory representative to inspect the vehicle. They informed him that they could not duplicate the failure. The contact took the vehicle to an authorized dealer and they refused to repair it stating that was the way it should function. The contact also had multiple problems with the outside mirrors when it enabled him to see outside of the vehicle. The dealer repaired both mirrors but had to repair them multiple times. The vehicle has not been repaired. The failure was mileage 3,000 and the current mileage was 25,000.
