The dashboard is melting, sticky and shiny, creates a mirror effect onthe all windshield. It is glaring and reflecting all over the windshield and makes driving not safe. My dashboard of my 2009 Lexus Is 250 is melting and causing a significant glare on my windshield when I'm driving the vehicle. It is progressively getting worse. Concern for visibility through the windshield as the dashboard continues to melt. The glare is worse depending on the time of day and direction I'm heading. There was a recall for this issue but only went up to 2008 models. Recall should have include 2009 models as well.
The dashboard is melting, its dangerous to drive this car in the daytime because the reflection of the sun causes it to shine on the melting dashboard, making it very difficult to see clearly. I called Lexus and they wont cover this defective part.
