We took car back to dealer (Tom Williams Lexus) whom we bought the car from (by the way our second Lexus purchased from them). They still owned car when Lexus sent out letter about brake actuator problem and did not fix it. TOM WILLIAMS WOULD NOT HONOR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR. We love the Lexus vehicles - we have owned 3. We WILL NOT BUY FROM TOM WILLIAMS AGAIN!
