The contact owns a 2015 Lexus LS460. The contact stated that while lightly tapping the brake pedal, the brakes would grab. The contact described the brakes as very grabby. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer thompson Lexus located at 2560 Maryland rd, willow grove, pa 19090, who indicated that the brakes operated according to spec. And no mechanical problem was found. The engineer was notified of the problem. The failure mileage was 25,000. The consumer stated the vehicle was taken to a 2nd dealer who stated the grabby brake was engineered to the vehicle and couldn't be fixed.
On sat., Sept. 14, 2019 about 7:35am while my daughter was driving my 2015 Lexus LS460 the brakes came on and jerk her forward & backward, the seatbelt almost strangled her. Also brake light flashed orange & beeping. She went to urgent care to been evaluated.took the car to chantilly va Lexus service found nothing wrong with the car. On wed., Sept. 18, 2019 about 3:15pm the orange brake light & beeping came on again this time I was in the car with my daughter. On thur., Sept. 19, 2019 took the car to alexandria va Lexus service & they kept the car for 2 days found nothing wrong with the car. Tues., Sept. 24, 2019 the orange brake light & beeping came on again, and I was in the car with my daughter.
