This issue started in 2018 and each time, I took the car to the dealer. The first thing the dealer did was a hard reset. Next, they wiped the system, resulting in a loss of my programmed channels, etc. Now, the solution is to hit the radio button at least three times to resolve issue. I believe the issue is a glitch and after some time, the media center is not able to switch over to radio function. The dealer also believes by deleting Pandora and IHeart Radio, that this will resolve the ongoing issue. Very frustrating.
