I had a 2010 Lincoln MKS (it was totaled in the accident) in which I had a four car accident due to an unintended acceleration. I wrote Ford/Lincoln numerous times informing them that I had the vehicle in the shop prior to the accident complaining of the problem but, they claimed there was no problem with their vehicles. I found a Class Action Lawsuit in regards to my model, but they claimed no liability.
I can furnish correspondence I had with Lincoln Motors and photographs of my vehicle and any other information regarding this matter.
