Went to have Christmas lunch with extended family and brand new car would not lock. Locks finally kicked in 15 min later, then wouldn't unlock after lunch while out of town. Used code on outside door panel to get in - called sync people, was told how to bypass normal startup and was able to drive home with fob in special place. Took to the dealership and they did another upgrade or another master reset...who knows..seats still don't heat as they should either. Also the damn thing keeps stopping and the whole sync system went black and then after pulling over and being aggravated for w while, it starts back working, but looks different. Who knows.
