Wife went to push the button to open the door and nothing happened. Fiddled around with the remote, and we finally got the door open. Car started okay but Keyless System Malfunction appeared on the screen, with no other messages. Not sure if there was anything else wrong but the car seems to drive ok. Error message remained on the screen for 4 days. It appears to be related with the rainy weather we've had. I have searched this issue on the web and it appears to be a common issue on older models. Why hasn't Mazda fixed this issue? This shouldn't be happening on a brand new car! Pretty CHEAP if you ask me for a $35K car. What other cost cutting things is Mazda up to?
