Same issue as another account on here... The side bolster on the passenger leather seat has and still has puckers in it. The dealer replaced both passenger and driver seat covers so they would be from same dye lot, but it didn't correct it. The new covers have the same thing in a different section.

leather seat panels rippled/wrinkled

In November 2014, I took possession of a new 2015 Mazda 3 Hatchback. At the time of dealer delivery, I noticed that the left side leather panel of the driver’s bucket seat is significantly rippled. The same is true of the right side leather panel of the front passenger’s bucket seat and the right side of the rear bench seat. I was told by the dealership that this could be remedied and—to date—the dealership has done everything in their power to help me with this matter. However, Mazda USA will not authorize payment for replacing the seats. Nor will they allow my recent letter to Mr. Akira Koga's office to be handled at the executive level.

Mazda professes in their Sustainability Report (see http://www2.mazda.com/en/csr/download/pdf/2014/2014_s_p18.pdf) that Mazda seeks to “provide customers with an ownership experience that exceeds their expectations and makes them feel the brand maintaining [a] special bond with them.” Yet, individuals at Mazda’s Customer Assistance Center, as well as the District Service Manager for the Hamilton, New Jersey area, are working to undermine this business strategy.
