It was stated that the consumer's vehicle has the presence of rust on the door sashes of all four doors. Within eight months of owning the vehicle, there were other problems such as a defective cd player, a persistent sulfurous smell coming from the exhaust which entered the vehicle, a defective fuse access cover and the removal of the interior driver and passenger door panels to remedy a rattling noise when driving.

Manufacturing problems with 2003 Mazda 6 / auto alliance international facility. There was rust on the door sashes of all four. The consumer's vehicle may be one of 46K assembled at the aai facility throughout July of 2003 that was potentially affected. The cd player/changer had become defective, there was a defective fuse access cover, there was a rattling in interior driver and passenger door panel while driving or when listening to music, and there was a rotten egg smell that had come from the exhaust which entered the cabin.
