The contact owns a 2015 Mercedes-Benz C300W4. After starting the vehicle, the odor of mold entered the cabin of the vehicle through the HVAC system. Mercedes-Benz of mobile in mobile, Alabama replaced the air filters and cleaned the cooling system within the HVAC twice, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.
