passenger side air bag deployed while making a right turn

The passenger side window air bags and right rear door air bag deployed without warning while making a right turn. The SRS light came on as well. Car remains drivable but I am now concerned that the other air bags will deploy without notice. I just started driving this car 825 miles a week at 70 mph most of the time. The car currently has 105K miles because it was sidelined for 3 years while I searched for a new front coil spring mount. (Mercedes does not offer them as a replacement part)
