The contact owns a 2020 Mercedes-Benz SL450. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 21V058000 (communication, electrical system) that stated that the remedy was available. The contact notified james motor company Mercedes-Benz (2440 richmond rd, lexington, ky 40502) however, the dealer informed that they were not aware of the recall since the remedy was to be performed over the air. The contact informed the manufacturer of the recall notice and was informed that they were not aware of the recall. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available. ## VIN passed ## Mercedes-Benz 2020 ##
