The vehicle was taken to Mercedes-Benz of medford (3240 crater lake ave, medford, or 97504, (541) 774-1000) where it was diagnosed that the seat belt latch needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired and the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was approximately 73,299.
