The contact owns a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis. The contact stated the vehicle headlights and windshield wiper failed. The vehicle was taken to the local mechanic who performed a diagnostic that located the failure at the headlight control modulator and the windshield wiper motor. The manufacturer was contact and but provided no assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 70,000 and the current mileage was 90,000.
